Vinyasa yoga can be demanding physically and mentally. It increases blood flow and works the cardiovascular system to create heat, making it more intense. Like the ebb and flow of the ocean, Vinyasa yoga is constant, rhythmic, and powerful. It can boost your confidence on days when you are feeling down and help you develop a positive self-image.

Vinyasa yoga serves as a great cleanser for your internal body, thus creating a lighter, healthier body that can move more freely.

 Rocket Yoga

The practice is originally based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, with a new interpretation for the Asanas. Rocket yoga in general invites you to learn how far to go with your body, since most of the postures have different variations for a more simple or advanced practice.

Be prepared for bigger, stronger, faster movements and gain strength! The tempo in a Rocket Yoga class is a bit higher compared to other yoga classes and the movements have a focus on gaining muscle power. From the outside looking in, Rocket yoga may appear to be a very physical practice; however, from the inside looking out, it is all about the healing work that each of us has to do when we turn our gaze within. Showing us our strengths and our weaknesses.
