Patrick


Hello everybody I am Patrick!

I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Breathwork Coach. Being a teacher, but mainly a lifelong student of Yoga, I am still amazed everyday how much yoga and breathwork can do for a person's life. The growth in mobility, strength (physically and mentaly), flexibility and overall feeling of wellbeing. Learning how to use the breath in any day situations to calm you down or pick you up, but also to help you get simply better sleep. 


Being a Firefighter myself helped me in teaching Firefighters Yoga and Breathwork to facilitate and support them. Teaching them to calm their minds and their nervous system during intense situations. At the same time training the body for a long healthy career. 


For most of my life I have been training in martial arts, starting with Karate and Kung Fu and now I am training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).

I am everyday inspired in doing everything I can for my and others wellbeing! Practice with Sthira & Sukha in everyday life.

Hello Lovely Yogis! My name is Eli.


I have always been an active girl, training as a competitive swimmer as a kid and practicing running, volleyball and Taekwondo as a teen. I simply love movement. One day I started yoga and it was love.


I am certified in Vinyasa, Dynamic yoga, Yin and in Rocket yoga. Fascinated by the “Yoga Magic” and how impacts our physiology and biology, I attended the course Yoga and Physiology at the New York University Tandon. My love in helping people to be healthy and to embrace their full potential guided me to pursue and become a Certified Nutrition and Wellness & Health Coach.

Hello beautiful yogis, my name is Amélie.


My journey began in 2017, when I quit everything to travel the world. During this trip, I finally understood what it means to be open to infinite possibilities and to trust: trust strangers that were just offering their help to show me their country, trust the Universe when something was not going according to plan, and most importantly, trust myself.


After a short stop back in France, I moved to The Netherlands. There I completed my yoga teacher training in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Through yoga and meditation, I want to give you the tools for self-exploration, so you can find that trust and that joy within yourself.

Hello beautiful souls, my name is Maria! My experience with movement starts far back in time... at the age of five, when I started ballet and rhythmic gymnastics. Then, I continued with contemporary dance and somatic techniques like Body Mind Centering, release, CI. During those years, some injuries occurred and that was the time that I fell in love

with pilates.


I found a technique that not only protects me from every injury, but also helps me recover completely; so I felt that I wanted to go deeper in this technique and share the knowledge with others. Last but not least, I see every class like a new kind of research. I am thrilled to find new ways of teaching and connecting each movement with a nice flow using the breath.


So, I am a dance teacher and a certified pilates & flexibility instructor and I can’t wait to meeting you at the coziest community, at deCommune Studio.

Hello curious people, I'm Kristyna (Kiki).

My practice began over 10 years ago and brought me to a teacher training in India, where I studied Ashtanga yoga. In past years I discovered how important a connection with nature is for me, grounding and stability. Although to keep the balance, as much as I need a strong ground, I also love to play upside down in an aerial silk or dive into an open sea.


Everybody is describing yoga in different words, everybody has a different approach, but the essence of yoga remains the same.

And that is one of the biggest beauties I find in Yoga - the Unity. We all are walking our own paths, yet yoga brings us together.

Yoga has opened an infinite space in my life. A space full of discovering, learning and experiencing. For long, I stuck to the Eight-limbed path - Ashtanga yoga, as it is teaching me to practice not only on the yoga mat, but to be present and aware all the time through.

I'd love to share my experience with all of you to expand the practice beyond the frame of yoga mats and keep it alive.

Hi everyone, I am Aki!


I started practicing yoga a long time ago, but I got into it more when I hurt my back during my pregnancy.


Yoga helped me heal my back but also opened my eyes to see things differently. Unlike many other yoga teachers, I am not super athletic nor flexible.


But as you might know, yoga is for everybody!


Yoga is teaching us how we can live our lives easier. It is so beautiful that we can choose to live our lives filled with love, peace and joy!
